Connectivity for always-on sites · Since 2009

If the internet drops, the cameras, the POS and the state system drop with it.

We source connectivity for businesses that run cameras, point-of-sale and compliance systems all day — licensed dispensaries and cultivators, pharmacies, convenience stores, clinics. Many sites we look at run everything on one consumer-grade cable line with no backup, billed at a rate that stopped being a promotion years ago.

The review is free, there's no obligation to switch anything, and you're never invoiced by us.

From our clients

In their words.

We had been with the same carriers and suppliers for years and assumed the rate was fine. Kent went through the bills line by line and found we were paying well above market with charges that had been creeping up for years. It cost us nothing to find out. We should have done it sooner.

— Lisa Farrell, Controller, Gourmet Garage

What I liked was that he wasn't selling one company. He priced what we already had against everybody and showed me side by side. The savings were real and the paperwork was handled for us.

— Joseph Pagano, Supermarket Executive, Secaucus, NJ

What usually goes wrong

One cut cable and the store can't legally sell.

The fix isn't exotic: a properly sized business circuit, a second path that takes over automatically, and phone lines that aren't on copper the carrier is retiring.

Upload saturation

Cable lines fail on the upload side first. When camera footage saturates the line, card transactions start timing out — and it looks like a POS problem when it isn't.

No second path

One modem reboot or cut cable takes everything down. Cellular or second-carrier failover keeps the site trading while the main line is fixed.

Retiring copper

Alarm and phone lines on copper the carriers are retiring get slower to repair and are repriced on the way out. We move them before that becomes your problem.

Services

Telecom first. Energy too.

Connectivity is our focus. Energy supply is the other bill that rarely gets reviewed, so we cover that too.

Telecom

Circuits that keep the site trading

We audit the line you have, source the right circuit and backup, and manage the cutover so cameras and POS never miss a beat.

  • Business internet & fiber — sized for camera uploads, POS and compliance systems.
  • Automatic failover — cellular or second-carrier backup that takes over on its own.
  • Copper line replacement — alarm and phone lines moved off retiring copper.
  • Voice — business phone lines and VoIP that survive a copper retirement.
  • Managed cutover — we coordinate the install and the switch with the supplier.
Also on the energy side

Electric and natural gas supply

The same team also sources and audits energy supply for multi-site operators — same findings-first approach, one point of contact for both bills.

  • Electric supply procurement — competitive supply offers compared side by side, where your markets allow it.
  • Natural gas supply — fixed and index structures matched to your usage.
  • Energy bill audits — rates, riders and charges checked against your agreement.
  • Renewals — end dates tracked so nothing auto-renews unreviewed.

Who we work with

Built to work with your IT, finance and procurement teams.

CTO & IT, CFO & controller, procurement: we work directly with the people who own the decisions and give each of them what they need to sign off with confidence.

For IT

Clear options on bandwidth, redundancy and voice, a single contact for install and cutover coordination, and someone to escalate to when a carrier falls short.

CFOControllerAP & finance

For finance

Plain-language findings on every bill, side-by-side offers, contract end dates you can plan around, and billing disputes worked through to a resolution.

ProcurementBuyersSourcing

For procurement

Specialist telecom and energy support inside your sourcing process: comparable offers, contract detail and bill audits, with the legwork handled for you.

Working with procurement

We've worked side by side with companies' procurement teams.

An in-house procurement team is a reason to work with us, not a reason to skip us. Your buyers own the process, the supplier relationships and the final decision. We add the telecom and energy depth that's hard to carry alongside every other category they manage — and we take the legwork off their desk.

We work inside your process: your sourcing steps, approval chain and vendor requirements.

Specialist market knowledge

Telecom and energy are what we work on every day — how carriers and suppliers price, how contracts are structured, and what's changing, like copper retirements and shifts in supply markets.

Carrier & supplier leverage

We work across many carriers and suppliers and know where there's room to negotiate, so your team goes to the table with comparable offers and a stronger position.

Bill-audit depth

Line-by-line review of circuits, lines, meters, rates and riders — detail that's hard to reach when you're buying across every category.

An easier job for your team

We gather quotes, lay them out side by side, chase credits and track renewal dates. Your team stays in control; we make the job easier.

Independent advisor

On your side of the table.

We aren't a carrier or an energy supplier, and we don't represent just one. We compare the market for you, recommend what fits, and stay accountable for how it works after you sign.

How we work

A simple, low-effort process.

You share the bills. We do the legwork and come back with findings, not a sales pitch.

Send a bill

Upload one recent internet or phone bill below, or forward it to [email protected] — a phone photo of the first page is fine.

We review it

Within a few days you get plain-language findings: what's out of contract, what a backup would run, and anything being retired.

You decide

If nothing's worth changing, we say so. If something is, we handle sourcing, negotiation, paperwork and the install.

We stay your contact

Disputes, audits, new locations and renewals come to us — for as long as you're a client.

No-cost bill review

One bill. A few days. A clear answer.

Forward a recent internet or phone bill — or tell us about the location — and we'll review it at no cost: what the line is delivering, when the contract ends, and what a backup would take. No obligation.

  • Telecom bills first — energy bills welcome too
  • Plain-language findings, not a sales pitch
